    b2cpowershop is not responsible for wrong addresses offered by customers, The Express will charge us Shipping for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery and service charges, including that being imposed by the Express.

What is your Backorder Policy?
A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available in any of our warehouse locations.
You will be advised via e-mail or by phone of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may do so via email . Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships.

Can I refuse a shipment?
We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit.
We do incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers. If there is an error on our part, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. If through no fault of b2cpowershop.com the shipment is refused (or returned), shipping charges will not be credited and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Note: As APO and FPO address are not eligible for delivery confirmation, these shipments are not eligible for above considerations and we do not accpet any responsibility for lost item claim or delayed shipment cases for shipment to those destinations.)
Italy As we receive too much lost item package claims from Italy buyer we no longer accpet uninsured shipping payment from Italian buyers,Italians buyer should check the insured shipping rate and arrange the payment accordingly.
